What is therapy?

A space for you

Therapy or counselling is simply a personal space that is yours to do what you feel you need to do. Maybe work is a bit too much, or you’re in a relationship that doesn’t make sense anymore, or maybe you need a renewed sense of purpose in your life. It’s a space to explore, wonder and grow.

Confidential and safe

Our sessions will always remain confidential: whatever you say will not leave the room (unless there are very specific circumstances dictated by the law).

A time and space that fits your lifestyle

I hold online and in person sessions, which means you can choose what best fits your schedule. My office is in Clapham Junction, but if getting there is not doable, we can have our sessions over Zoom.

I will make sure that we find a time that suits you to the best of both our availabilities.

Sessions normally last 50 minutes and are weekly, but can also be held fortnightly. Questions? Get in touch here!

It’s about transparency

The most important thing about therapy is the relationship we form. I will be transparent with you, just like you are transparent with me. It’s not a one-way street and no questions are taboo.

I am a registered trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy.

I am an individual member of the BACP.
