If you’re reading these lines, maybe you’re at a point in your life where you are asking yourself some questions, or maybe something’s happened recently or in the past and you’re struggling to make sense of it; maybe you’re looking for change.
Whatever your situation, I believe that therapy can be a safe space to wonder about oneself and the world. So often we look for meaning elsewhere when it’s right in front of us.
I offer a non-judgemental and confidential space, where any problem, issue or question are welcome. You can come as you are. Talking through things with someone else not only offers a new perspective on things but is also healing.
Do you have more questions? Unsure if therapy is for you? That’s okay. I offer a no-strings attached, free initial consultation to help you figure out if therapy is what you need.
I have two offices, one by Clapham Junction and one on Great Portland Street. I also offer online therapy.
I follow an existential approach: this means that I focus on your unique experience of yourself and the world, and your meaning-making processes. You will not find in me someone to tell you what to do: I treasure being able to work with my clients as equals.
Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week, with some flexibility.
I have achieved a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling and are working towards an Advanced Diploma now. I am a registered member of the BACP and a member of the UKCP.
